Frontier Developments in collaboration with Universal Products & Experiences, has officially announced the next major expansion for Jurassic World Evolution 3. Titled Crocodilia Coast, the DLC pack launches on August 11, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Priced at £11.99 / $14.99 / €14.99, the expansion introduces five new prehistoric species—including the franchise’s first-ever crocodilian—alongside hundreds of new waterside scenery assets.

Apex Predators and Bioluminescent Juveniles

The highlight of the Crocodilia Coast Pack is the addition of the Deinosuchus, a massive semi-aquatic predator that lurks in deep water to ambush prey with a brutal “deathroll” attack.

Joining the Deinosuchus are four additional prehistoric species, featuring full family units and unique interactions:

  • Deinosuchus: A giant semi-aquatic ambush predator that strikes prey from deep water with a deathroll attack.

  • Postosuchus: A distant, heavily armored relative of modern crocodiles sporting dagger-like teeth.

  • Desmatosuchus: A heavily armored herbivorous relative of modern crocodilians featuring a distinctive shovel-shaped facial structure.

  • Shonisaurus: A massive Late Triassic ichthyosaur weighing over 30,000 kg, designed as a full family unit for lagoon habitats.

  • Styxosaurus: A long-necked plesiosaur family unit that debuts the game’s first bioluminescent skin option for juvenile aquatic reptiles.

Coastal Scenery & Park Customization

To complement the semi-aquatic theme, Crocodilia Coast adds hundreds of coastal and waterside building pieces. Park Managers can build custom boardwalks, seaside huts, and windswept waterfront enclosures using a brand-new wall kit, themed lighting, props, and pre-made blueprints.

Free Update 1.4.1 Launching Concurrently

Releasing alongside the paid DLC on August 11, Frontier will drop Update 1.4.1, a free base-game update for all Jurassic World Evolution 3 owners. The update introduces:

  • A new, flat Square Hawaii Sandbox Map.

  • In-game Workshop Collections support for easier blueprint sharing.

  • The addition of the Elasmosaurus as a full family unit.

Jurassic World Evolution 3: Crocodilia Coast requires the base game (Standard Edition: £49.99/$59.99/€59.99; Deluxe Edition: £64.99/$74.99/€74.99) and will be available digitally across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
