SOEDESCO® has officially announced the next big step in its popular Truck Driver® franchise, offering a first glimpse of a brand-new installment. The publisher confirmed that the upcoming title is currently in development by Kyodai and promises a revitalized and rich trucking experience.
Since its debut, the Truck Driver® series has received strong support from fans of the truck driving genre. The latest release, Truck Driver®: The American Dream, was praised for its narrative-driven gameplay and authentic portrayal of trucking life on the American road.
With Kyodai at the helm and SOEDESCO’s continued creative and publishing support, the franchise is heading into exciting new locations. Fans of the franchise can look forward to a refreshed experience featuring a narrative-heavy direction, dynamic environments, new gameplay and visual additions, and expanded trucking challenges—all powered by the cutting-edge capabilities of Unreal Engine 5.
The new Truck Driver® game is currently in active development for PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S. Additional details, including gameplay footage and release date, will be revealed in the coming months.
