After being announced last year on April 1st, developer Mighty Kingdom’s Conan Chop Chop was moved from February 25th to sometime during Q2 2020 in order to polish the game and release the best experience possible.

Those lucky to attend E3 2019 last year were able to get their first taste of the game.

Conan Chop Chop is a rogue-lite hack and slash realistic stick-figure game for 1-4 players in the world of Conan the Barbarian.

Here’s what Mighty Kingdom CEO, Philip Mayes, had to say:

We are almost at the finish line. The additional time is to ensure that the game is optimized for online multiplayer, and to give us a chance to add some polish here and there. It’s basically all about getting that final Chop in place. This isn’t merely a one-chop game. This is Conan Chop Chop, and that necessitates extra attention to detail.
