Over the weekend, during the DC Fandome event, Warner Bros. Montreal revealed their latest project; Gotham Knights which will be available for Xbox One and Xbox Series X sometime next year.
Gotham Knights is an open-world, third-person action RPG videogame where the Batman Family will need to step up as the Caped Crusader is dead. It’s up to Batgirl (Barbara Gordon), Nightwing (Dick Grayson; the first Robin), Red Hood (Jason Todd) and Robin (Tim Drake) to protect Gotham City. The game will be playable solo or as a two-player, online cooperative experience.
The game also introduces a new and original story set in DC’s Batman Universe where our four heroes will use the Belfry as their base of operations in order to solve mysteries that connect the darkest chapters in the city’s history and must defeat notorious villains in epic confrontations. Gotham Knights will take place across five distinct boroughs of the city.
