Yesterday, Rockstar Games announced that after selling a massive 145 million copies thus far across multiple consoles and generations of consoles, Grand Theft Auto V will launch for Xbox Series S|X platforms on November 11th 2021.
While the successful developer didn’t elaborate much in terms of what this new version will entail, they did specify that it will be “expanded and enhanced” compared to the Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions. Additionally, Grand Theft Auto Online will be available as a standalone title; similar to what they did with Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Redemption Online.
Rockstar also mentioned technical and visual improvements. Expect the developer to reveal more as we near the release date.
