NACON and Eko Software have teamed up to reveal Handball 21, a new simulation of a sport with over 27 million sports federation members worldwide. The game will be available next November for Xbox One.

After a four year hiatus, developer Eko Software is back with a new handball sim as they plan to deliver an ultra-realistic gaming experience thanks to in-depth discussions with the fan community and input from Handball experts.

Handball 21 will introduce new animations, enhanced and redesigned AI, new game modes and more official content than ever, players will experience all the emotions and sensations of their favourite sport. Stadiums have been recreated from the ground up and players made more realistic thanks to motion capture.

Players can expect extensive officially licensed content with the inclusion of the four major European leagues and several second division leagues, for a total of 1,600 handball players represented in the game. Play as some of the world’s top players, such as Nikola Karabatic, Valero Rivera and Melvyn Richardson.

Additionally, Handball 21 will include a handful of solo and multiplayer modes, local and online, such as League Mode. Those who would rather enjoy a solo experience will be able to create their own team, recruit players and enter tournaments.
