Pearl Abyss and Kakao Games have announced the 19th(!) class for their MMORPG Black Desert Online. The Guardian will be officially released on 22nd January, but players can pre-register starting 24th December.
The Guardian is a female combatant from the mountains who follows the will of the ancient dragon Omua. This class wields a battleaxe and shield and uses heavy melee attacks to suppress her enemies. She also has a variety of skills which controls the flow of the battlefield with wide and powerful strikes of her axe and shield.
Here’s a quick overview of her skills:
- Boulder Crush: She smashes down her battleaxe three times with powerful, rock splitting force dealing massive damage.
- Mountain Slam: Ground smash causing tremors that deal damage to foes around her.
- Black Blood Circle: She draws forces of the earth into her axe to create a circle around her which will damage nearby enemies
- Mutilation: She charges energy and sweep the foes in front of her of their feet with her battleaxe.
- Black Blood Slaughter: Releasing the charged energy from the Mutilation attack with a powerful blast that deals a high amount of damage.
