Paper Ghost Stories: 7PM, a short playable story in the award-winning anthology Paper Ghost Stories, brings a spectral visitor to three childhood friends on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One Friday, October 28.

Strange happenings occur when three children in Southeast Asia meet a new neighbor. Twist and turn through a dark narrative as they attempt to make a new friend and nightmarish visions emerge. Terrifying, otherworldly energies lurk behind the seemingly normal apartment block. Seek dark secrets hiding underneath reality’s foundation and reveal the block’s uncovered truths.

Explore relationships between characters through choice-based conversations unlocking various narrative perspectives. Converse with residents, complete minigame challenges, and try to maintain the sanity of a youthful crew as they endure a night of Ghost Month. Dip into Paper Ghost Stories’ haunting universe ahead of the upcoming Paper Ghost Stories: Third Eye Open, the first full-sized game in the series, launching next year.

Learn the full story through multiple playthroughs by making different decisions. Coming in at around an hour of playtime, discover an eerie world in the “paper theatre” aesthetic inspired by the paper puppetry of Southeast Asia.
