EA has announced an open beta for Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, which will begin next week on 14th January.
The beta which runs until 18th January, will consist of various game types: Backyard Battleground, Flag of Power and 24-player modes Herbal Assault and Gardens & Graveyards.
These game modes will be available to play across four maps, including Moon Base X, Frosty Creek, Z-Tech Factory and Seeds of Time, all of which are based around time travel.
Garden Warfare 2 concentrates more on the zombies this time and there will be six new playable characters across both sides, consisting of plants Rose, Citron and Kernel Corn, while the zombies include Imp, Super Brainz and Captain Deadbeard.
