Capcom have finally released an Xbox One X patch for Resident Evil 7. This has come at the perfect time as Gold members can currently pick it up for £18.99 in the Xbox Spring Sale!
Microsoft had been promising an X update for quite a while, so it’s great to see it finally appear. The patch adds HDR lighting, 4K support and “improved skin tone display through Screen-Space Subsurface Scattering.”
I played a decent amount of it on PSVR at launch but had to sit it out because it was pant-wettlingly terrifying. Maybe I’ll give it another look and let you all know how it looks with the updates.
