CD PROJEKT RED has announced that they are currently working on a next-gen version of The Witcher 3. The game will be available as a standalone for Xbox Series X or as a free update to current owners of the Xbox One version.
The next-gen version of the critically acclaimed RPG will include a bevy of visual and technical improvements across all Witcher 3 content such as including ray tracing and faster loading times.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is one of this generation’s successful game currently sitting at 91% for the Xbox One version on Metacritic and garnered a plethora of awards since it’s original release in 2015. CD PROJEKT Red also supported the game with paid and free content.
