After playing Vampyr, I was immensely impressed by DONTNOD and Focus Home Interactive’s gothic thriller. Now Fox21 has secured rights to a TV show based upon the game.
Expect the plot to be dark and tense as the game is set in London during gloomy times with vampires causing havoc.
Oskar Guilbert, DONTNOD CEO was full of praise for the latest move:
“We believe it is a fantastic premise for a television show. This is a new and exciting way for fans of the game, as well as the uninitiated, to enter and engage with Vampyr’s rich, deep story. We cannot wait to see how the talented team at Fox21 will bring out the darkly atmospheric universe of our game into television.”
