Over night, the leaks kept coming about the validity and existence of the Xbox Series S; a smaller, disc-less next-generation console.
Well wonder no more! Amidst the leaks, Microsoft confirmed the smaller model on Twitter with a price tag of £249,99. The Xbox Series S is 60% smaller than the Series X (Microsoft claims it’s the smallest console they made) and will support 1440p gaming at a 120Hz refresh rate.
The 4K will be applicable to streaming and upscaling for games.
Additionally, there are rumblings of the Xbox Series X retailing for $499 with a release date of November 10th for both of Microsoft’s consoles.
At this point, it’s only a matter of time before Microsoft links the dots.
