SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have announced Lost Judgment, the sequel to the popular Judgment. Lost Judgment is developed by the studio, which is also responsible for the Yakuza series. The title combines detective work, film noir flair and action-packed battles into a mystery thriller starring Takayuki Yagami as the protagonist – a private detective who defends those who are not protected by the law. Lost Judgment will be released on September 24, 2021 for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

Lost Judgment Features:

  • Law and Disorder: Lost Judgment puts players in the footsteps of a lawyer, Takayuki Yagami, who becomes a beating detective. Together with his partner, the ex-Yakuza Masaharu Kaito, the duo are set on a supposedly perfect crime, the main suspect of which seems to have a perfect alibi. What begins as a revenge story leads to a concoact of conspiracies in which different factions want to exploit the broken legal system to their advantage. But as the number of victims rises and Yagami gets closer and closer to the truth, he increasingly has to choose between law and justice.
  • Freeform Combat: Yagami’s combat skills make it possible to deal with any situation in style, whether against groups or man-versus-man. He has a variety of arts at his disposal, Harness Crane, Tiger and the new Snake style, a graceful fighting style that can be used to distract enemy attacks and target them.
