NACON and NACON Studio Ghent have released a brand-new gameplay overview trailer for Hunting Simulator 3, offering fans a deeper look at the upcoming title scheduled for release on October 29, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S.
Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the third instalment in the multi-million-player franchise introduces the dynamic “SimFauna” system—an evolving ecosystem where over 35 animal species age, reproduce, and react realistically to player actions. Players will explore massive 100 km² open-world environments across Texas and Colorado using officially licensed off-road vehicles from brands like Ford, Kawasaki, and Polaris.
For the first time in the series, hunters can be accompanied by specialised hunting dog breeds to assist with tracking game. Players will also have access to a custom arsenal of nearly 75 weapons and accessories from manufacturers including Remington, Beretta, Winchester, and Browning.
Digital and physical pre-orders are now available for both the Standard and Deluxe editions. Pre-order bonuses include the Winchester 1892 hunting rifle, an American Foxhound, and a ProHunt Woolchap hat.
