Acclaimed indie road trip RPG Keep Driving is expanding beyond PC. Developer Y/CJ/Y announced that the nostalgic management game will launch on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S on September 28, coinciding with an update that brings official Steam Workshop mod support to PC.
Having sold over 300,000 copies on Steam, Keep Driving set players loose on the open road in an early-2000s pixel-art world. The game combines car maintenance, hitchhiker management, and turn-based “combat” encounters—like negotiating heavy traffic or stuck tractors—using items from the glovebox and personal skills.
Console Port Features:
-
Complete Package: Includes all post-launch PC content, extra road events, expanded locations, gamepad optimization, and support for nine additional languages.
-
Mod Support: PC players gain access to Steam Workshop integration on the same day.
-
Replayability: Features procedural roads and multiple story endings, with runs lasting between 1 and 4 hours.
