Get 10 Quest review

Get 10 Quest is a collection of various puzzle mini-games that can easily constitute as daily brain exercises. Each level is designed to make you think of a way to find the solution by clearing numbers depending on the instructions; it’s kinda like Tetris with numbered blocks in a way. Before each level you’re given an objective; for example, clear all numbered blocks except one number. And given that each cleared quantity of the same number blocks results in a single block with a different number, it’ll work your brain logic.

The game features a whopping 80 levels to get through peppered with 6 different gameplay mechanics in order to switch things up. You can either tackle the game’s Levels mode where you go through levels in an ordered manner and also you can pick up where you left off if you needed to stop after overworking your brain or if you need a good challenge, you can jump into Endless mode which is (pretty self-explanatory) as the game will throw you various stages until you’ve had enough.

Get 10 Quest features a very simplistic level design given its simple premise, but it’s very bright and colorful in order to keep players focused on the screen. Each number is colored differently to make it easier to spot the numbers you’re trying to use in order to clear the puzzle. The soundtrack is a soothing lounge-sque score that will allow you to focus on the brain teaser at hand. It’s nothing special, but quite enjoyable.

Given that Get 10 Quest is a limited gameplay experience/one-trick pony albeit simple and intuitive, it’s also kind of difficult to recommend it to everyone. If you’re looking for something that serves as brain exercise in between more intense gaming sessions of Call of Duty for example, then Get 10 Quest is the game for you. You can play it in short bursts and it’s easy to pick up and play; although don’t expect much variety.
