Fuser was first revealed at PAX East. And lots of folks were able to get to grips and see what it was like to take centre stage with the demo, and busting there first mix! Now we are on to the pre-order stage of the performance so to speak, yes you can now pre-order the main event through the Microsoft Store for Xbox One. Here is a quick overview on what players can expect to do in the game.
Mix Hit Songs as a Music Festival DJ
Fuser is set in a nonstop virtual festival where you can seamlessly blend elements of hit songs in real time, develop your own DJ persona, and share your dream performances with the world.
In Fuser, anyone can make a mix that sounds good using only an Xbox One controller, but it takes some practice to be the best! As you gain more skill, you can control the key and tempo, craft perfectly timed transitions, and create custom instrument samples. Fuser is also about expressing your personal style! Customise your avatar to best reflect your new DJ persona, and then use the stage editor to change the lighting, pyrotechnics, AV visuals, and more.
Love the mix you made? You can capture and share your performance both inside and outside of the game.
Master the Stage in a Single-Player Campaign
Campaign mode challenges you to grab the headliner spot on six very different stages throughout the festival. Along the way, you’ll meet stage promoters who push your mixing skills to the next level. Master everything from the basics of mixing up through expert level techniques. Players are awarded points based on their ability to successfully complete goals and satisfy crowd requests. You will need to maintain focus and challenge your creativity to keep the crowd hyped!
As you progress through the game, you’ll unlock new playable songs, new sounds, cosmetics, and advanced gameplay options to expand your creative palette.
Compete Head-to-Head or Collaborate with Friends
Up to 4 players can share the stage in multiplayer mode, each taking turns to create their own unique mixes live while other Fuser players jump in to watch and cheer you on.
A Diverse Tracklist of Over 100 Songs
Fuser will have over 100 songs to mix and match, with additional DLC planned for launch. With a variety of genres and eras, from contemporary hits to old school classics including dance, rock, hip-hop and more, Fuser will have you playing your favourite songs in a completely new way.
Pre-order Available Now with Fun Bonuses
The team behind Fuser are excited to announce that pre-orders will include three bonus DLC songs:
- Dua Lipa “New Rules”
- Khalid “Young Dumb & Broke”
- The Killers “Mr. Brightside”
A VIP Edition will also launch alongside the standard edition of Fuser this Fall, which includes access to the first 25 DLC songs, the Shatterfall Stage Video Pack containing three video wall motifs for your performances, as well as three exclusive apparel items for your DJ avatar: the Fuser Fest outfit, the Remix Runner outfit, and the Gilded Rabbit Helmet.
Additionally, when you pre-order either version on the Microsoft Store, you will receive the Polytech Theme Pack.
