During today’s Nintendo Indie World Showcase, developer Toot Games and publisher Jackbox Games officially announced that My Arms Are Longer Now, a wickedly funny and distinctly Australian 2D stealth comedy game, will launch on March 11, 2027.
The title will be available across PC, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Xbox Series X|S.
Marking the debut title for Melbourne-based developer Toot Games, My Arms Are Longer Now also serves as the first third-party title published under Jackbox Games’ new publishing partnership initiative.
Unearthing the Gameplay
In My Arms Are Longer Now, players step into the shoes of an exceptionally talented thief whose primary tool of the trade is a unnaturally long, snake-like, and slightly gross arm. Players must navigate environmental puzzles by sneaking, stealing, and causing total mayhem while ensuring no one discovers where their elongated appendage actually originates.
Key features highlighted in today’s gameplay reveal include:
-
Absurd Kleptomania: Steal anything that isn’t bolted down—from cash and bicycles to family pets and even candy from babies.
-
Creative Problem Solving: Use your noodly arm to snake through vents, reach beneath seats, or slip on a sock puppet disguise to disarm unsuspecting security guards.
-
Persistent Threats: Outsmart a constantly spiraling detective hot on your trail as you attempt to cash in on your ill-gotten gains.
