Independent publisher Modus Games with developers Dreams Uncorporated and SYCK have released a new 20 minute long gameplay trailer for their upcoming turn-based RPG; Cris Tales; which is set to release later this year on Xbox One.
The trailer shown below finds protagonist, Crisbell, setting out from the bustling harbor of St. Clarity to solve a mysterious disappearance.
By inquiring with neighboring townsfolk and using her incredible power to visit the past, Crisbell discovers a lead which guides her toward a string of exciting battles and a grim realization.
Cris Tales is a tribute to classic RPGs where players will be able to take a trip across eras and witness the impact of their actions across time. The game features hand-drawn imagery which depicts a varied and fantastical land to explore.
