The second expansion for Forza Horizon 5 has been announced, the Rally Adventure expansion will slide its way through the mud and onto Xbox Consoles, PC and Xbox Cloud Gaming Beta on March 29th.
Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventures will add the all new Sierra Nueva region to the game which in turn will feature several new biomes, such as an abandoned quarry, sand dunes, rolling hills, a desert gorge and a destructible palm forest.
Each area will feature a number of thrilling routes, with the developers confirming that the Rally Adventure expansion will feature the largest number of events in any Forza Horizon expansion to date! These events will feature as part of an all new campaign mode where the player will join three different rally teams and embark on a variety of race types across a varied selection of terrain. Players will also need to follow the navigation instructions from their new co-driver who follows the action in the Horizon Rally Helicopter, which will also provide players with a racing spotlight in night time events.
There will be 10 new off road vehicles added to the game as well as a new range of rally parts that will allow players to customize their vehicles with upgrades such as adding more power to their turbo charged engine and even adding flame effects to their vehicles, complete with a fire crackling audio sound! On Top of this, there will also be an all new Punk Music soundtrack added to the game, which will be added to the Forza Horizon 5’s radio dial.
In order to access the new Rally Adventure expansion, players will need to complete Forza Horizon 5’s initial experience, including the first 15 minutes of gameplay. After that it will be available via the Rally Adventure map icon or via the pause menu.
Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure will be available on March 29th 2023 and will be priced at $19.99. It will also be available as part of Forza Horizon 5’s Premium Edition, Premium Add-Ons Bundle and Expansion Bundle.
