SNK has announced that Samurai Shodown, currently on sale Xbox One, will be coming to next-gen consoles Xbox Series S|X sometime this winter.
The Samurai Shodown series, which was first released in 1993, has redefined weapon-based fighting games. Samurai Shodown was the first entries in the series 11 years after its previous installment. The franchise is known for its breath-taking battles and unique visuals.
Yasuyuki Oda, Samurai Shodown Producer, said:
