Welcome to Snapshot! In a nutshell – Snapshot is a little feature that provides a snapshot of information on a game that we have checked out or have been playing recently. The article will be packed with screenshots, and a general overview of our opinion of the game without review score.

Having spent the last few months chatting away to the gaming community, Developers, publishers, and PR companies alike, I have come to the conclusion that whilst game reviews are important, and we will always continue to provide them at Completexbox, they are not always the be all and end all.

Sometimes people just want a snapshot of a games make up and what it has to offer, so that they can decide for themselves, and out of this research Snapshot was born.

Next up for the Snapshot treatment…

Overview

I’ve recently been playing Immortals Fenyx Rising and I am hooked. I love an open world game, and Ubisoft games always seem to get them right. With Immortals Fenyx Rising the balance is just right, the map is filled with lots of activities to complete, be that solving puzzles, collecting, and upgrading your powers, and of course taking on some of the mythological beasts that we have come to love via different mediums.

The vibrant colourful world is split in to seven unique regions, each inspired by the gods with quests to save the Greek gods themselves. The one thing that I will say about Ubisoft open world games is that they tend to be overwhelming, and I promise you that’s not the case with this fantastic game. The puzzles you encounter are fairly easy to solve, and the difficulty level offers a challenge that can be altered should a particular boss fight prove tricky on your path to greatness,

Immortals is a fun, colourful action adventure, with a decent story flowing through, that will have you coming back for more.
