Telltale Games has confirmed that The Walking Dead Season 3 won’t launch in 2015.
Game director of PR Job J Stauffer wrote on Twitter:
“To re-clarify, no, TWD S3 is *not* starting in 2015.”
However, all is not lost, as he did confirm that something “insanely cool” will be arriving soon. And it might be Walking Dead related, as his reply to “No Telltale Walking Dead in 2015” was met with “I didn’t say that… ;)”
