Joycity is celebrating the 1,000-day launch anniversary of 3on3 FreeStyle on Xbox One.
First released on December 9th, 2016, 3on3 FreeStyle was released to fans around the world with its signature street basketball gameplay, unique Unreal Engine 4 powered graphics, and distinctively designed characters. Almost 2 years later, on August 29th, 2018, Joycity proudly brought over 3on3 FreeStyle to the Xbox One.
Since launch, the game has enjoyed a successful run on the Xbox One; often being ranked as one of the most popular free-to-play games on the platform. May 24th marks the 1,000th day since the Xbox One launch. And to celebrate the milestone, a special 1,000 Day Anniversary gift DLC has been created and will be available, absolutely free, for all players! This anniversary DLC contains a “1,000 days” themed special Jersey Set and other highly sought-after in-game items for the characters. Starting May 20th, the anniversary gift DLC will be available for 3 weeks on the Microsoft Store for Xbox.
In addition, the ongoing ‘Fox Stadium Live Show’ event will lead up to the 1,000th day anniversary celebration. During the current event period, the default court is changed to a concert-hall themed court. By clearing various missions and collecting event items in the 3 vs 3 mode, players can redeem various rewards in the in-game Bonus Shop. Rewards include an Intensive Manual (crucial for upgrading a character’s prestige to 5), K-pop idol-themed character exclusive hair items, a purple rose themed backpack and an exclusive nametag.
