Digital Eclipse and Atari have announced two new releases celebrating the 30th anniversary of Pixar’s beloved Toy Story franchise: Toy Story: Retro Roundup! and Toy Story 3 Complete Edition. Both titles will launch digitally and physically on October 15, 2026, bringing a collection of classic Toy Story gaming experiences to modern consoles and PC.

Toy Story: Retro Roundup! serves as a definitive collection of classic games from the Toy Story era, while Toy Story 3 Complete Edition delivers an enhanced remaster of the acclaimed 2010 action-adventure title.

Digital versions of both games will be available individually for $24.99 USD on Xbox Series X|S.

According to Atari and Digital Eclipse, the new releases are designed to preserve and celebrate some of the most memorable licensed games of their era, giving longtime fans a chance to revisit them on current hardware while introducing younger players to the world of Toy Story.

“With Toy Story: Retro Roundup! and Toy Story 3 Complete Edition, classic Toy Story games have been reborn for fans as only Digital Eclipse is capable, with games carefully updated for modern platforms and supported by bonus content that takes you behind the scenes,” said Ethan Stearns, Vice President of Games at Atari.

Toy Story 3 Returns in Its Definitive Form

One of the headline releases is Toy Story 3 Complete Edition, which brings the game inspired by Pixar’s Academy Award-winning film to modern platforms for the first time.

The remaster includes previously PlayStation 3-exclusive content alongside upgraded visuals, higher resolutions, and performance enhancements designed for current-generation hardware.

The game remains best known for its ambitious Toy Box Mode, an expansive sandbox experience that allows players to customise environments and characters while completing non-linear missions. Players can unlock additional toys, vehicles, and even characters from other Pixar franchises as they explore the open-ended world.

Further details on Toy Story: Retro Roundup! and the complete list of included classic games are expected to be revealed in the coming months ahead of the October launch.
