Funcom has announced the first DLC for rhythm FPS shooter, Metal: Hellsinger will launch on March 29th 2023.
The Dream of The Beast DLC will welcome Cristina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil and Will Ramos from Lorna Shore to the game as they perform two brand-new original songs. Players will be able to select these songs from the new Song Selection feature which will arrive as part of a free update alongside the paid DLC.
As well as new tracks, The Dream of The Beast DLC will also add a new weapon, The Red Right Hand, which is a machine gun-type weapon that players can use to despatch enemies in short powerful bursts. There will also be three new outfits added to the game, Angel Eyes, Morning Star and Dark Devotee. Each outfit will add a new passive gameplay modifier such as quicker reloads and increasing a weapon’s max ammo capacity. Equipping these outfits will replace the passive ability of the default outfit.
Metal: Hellsinger continues to build on its overwhelmingly positive user review score and of course, its win for Best Audio at the Golden Joystick Awards.
