Developer Seed Sparkle Lab has officially launched its cosy life simulation game, Starsand Island, leaving early access for a full digital release on Steam, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Transitioning from its initial Steam Early Access and Xbox Game Preview builds, the 1.0 release introduces several new features, notably four-player online multiplayer, expanded character romance and interaction options, and the Autumn Pumpkin Carnival event, which adds a seasonal storyline and themed quests.
Set on a tropical seaside paradise, Starsand Island blends traditional cosy farming gameplay with exploration and light combat mechanics:

Pastoral Life & Customisation: Players can farm, fish, cook, and raise animals within a dynamic four-season weather cycle. An extensive building system allows for full home design and interior decoration.

Exploration & Travel: Beyond the main farm, players can traverse the island using longboards and scooters, or sail to offshore locations containing ancient ruins, mineral veins, and fantasy creatures.
